Partnerships & working with us
What Types of Businesses Does Cotton Rings Work With?
We partner with retailers, brand owners, private label buyers, and wholesale distributors primarily in the US, but also across Europe, the Gulf, and Asia. Whether you're a national retail chain, an e-commerce brand, or a boutique buyer, we tailor our offering to your specific needs.
Are You a Manufacturer or a Wholesaler?
We are premium manufacturers first. Unlike typical wholesalers who source from fixed catalogues, we design, develop, and produce original bedding and bath products from our own mills in India and Pakistan. This means you get exclusive, custom-made products, not off-the-shelf inventory.
How Long Has Cotton Rings Been in Business?
We were established in 2012 and have grown across three generations of textile expertise. Our roots in South Asian textile heritage go back even further, giving us a depth of craft knowledge that newer suppliers simply can't replicate.
Can Cotton Rings Act as an In-House Design Partner for Our Brand?
Absolutely! This is one of our core strengths. We integrate directly into your brand's creative process, working as an extension of your in-house team. We bring trend intelligence, original design capability, and production expertise so your team focuses on brand strategy while we handle the product development.
Do You Work with Private Label and Exclusive Brand Programmes?
Yes. Private label, exclusive retail programmes, and national brand collaborations are all core to what we do. Every product we create for you is fully exclusive. Your designs, your brand, your customers. We never re-sell or repurpose your developed designs.
Which Retailers Have You Worked With?
We have supplied products to some of the most recognised names in US retail including Amazon, Walmart, Macy's, Wayfair, Bed Bath & Beyond, Ross, and Overstock. Our portfolio spans home, fashion, lifestyle, and heritage retail spaces.
Design, custom & ordering
What Is Your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
MOQs vary depending on the product category, fabric type, and customisation requirements. We work with buyers at various scales and are happy to discuss what's achievable for your volume. Contact our team for a tailored MOQ discussion based on your specific programme.
Can You Create Completely Custom Designs from Scratch?
Yes! complete creative freedom is our promise. Bring us a concept, a mood board, a sketch on a napkin, or simply a feeling and our in-house design team will develop it into a fully production-ready product. We create custom colorways, original patterns, jacquard weaves, embroidered detailing, and more.
What Is Your Typical Product Development Timeline?
Development timelines depend on complexity. A standard custom programme typically runs 10โ14 weeks from approved design brief to sample sign-off. Bulk production follows after client approval. We keep you informed at every milestone so there are no surprises.
Do You Provide Samples Before Production?
Always. Before a single yard of fabric enters production, we present physical fabric swatches, mood boards, design sketches, and prototype samples for your review and approval. You only move to production when you're completely satisfied with the sample.
